Ordering & Shipping guidelines

Shipping Policies

  • For orders over $500, ground delivery is FREE in the continental USA.
  • For orders less than $500, your ground delivery charge will be based on the actual delivery charge with a minimum fee of $15.00
  • No order minimum. No order is too big or too small.
  • Same Day Shipping for US orders.

  • Orders for in stock items, received before 3:00pm CST are packed and shipped that same day.
  • Overnight air and 2nd day delivery are available anywhere in the U.S.A.
  • International Orders

  • Ship via Air Freight (delivered to your nearest major airport) or Air Express (delivered to your door).
  • International shipping rates are not available in our on line store. Your sales representative will contact with shipping costs and details.
  • Cold items
    will state in their descriptions, "Cold item requiring 2 day shipping and insulated foam box.” When choosing a shipping method please keep in mind that the cold items should not remain in transit for more than two days. Cold products will ship in an insulated foam box. Should you request Agtech not ship the cold products to reach you in two days, or prefer us not to use the insulated box, Agtech cannot be held responsible for the condition or integrity of the product upon its arrival.

    Time in Transit

    AGTECH’s “Recommended Time in-Transit” footnotes located by selected products help you request a method of shipping to ensure that your frozen and/or refrigerated products arrive in a timely manner. Your AGTECH salesperson can advise you of the anticipated ground transit time.

    Unfortunately, we cannot predict the weather and temperatures across the country. We ship your refrigerated and frozen products with frozen ice packs. When your shipment arrives the ice packs will be melted and may even be warm. However, unless subjected to extreme (greater than 98F/37C) heat for several hours, the products will be fine and should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Please request overnight shipping for frozen liquids.

    Please understand that AGTECH is not responsible or liable for loss or inconvenience incurred due to delayed or non-delivery of your package. Delivery completion is the carrier’s responsibility. Freight charges for “Guaranteed” 1-day or 2-day deliveries that are delayed due to inclement weather and other “acts-of-God” are not refundable, as per carrier’s policy!

    Shipping methods
    include standard UPS and Federal Express ground, 2nd Day and overnight. Packages ship the same day the order is received, provided it is before 3:00 p.m. CST, Monday thru Friday. Due to our central location most packages reach our customers within 3 business days. International orders may be shipped using Airborne Express or Freight, Federal Express, UPS International Priority or check with your sales representative for shipping options.

    Terms of Payment

    • Credit Card: We gladly accept your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
    • Open Account: U.S.A. customers may apply for AGTECH's Net 30 credit program.
    • Check: Contact Agtech to place your order and obtain shipping costs. Once Agtech receives and verifies your check your order will be shipped. Make your check payable to AGTECH Inc. Checks will be verified through TeleCheck. Agtech’s returned check fee is $50.
      Please Note: Customers outside the U.S.A. may pay by check provided the check is drawn on a U.S.A. bank, written in English, and payable in U. S. dollars.
    • Wire Transfer: Contact AGTECH to obtain wire transfer information.

    Back orders/Returns/Exchanges

    Back Order Freight Charge: Back order shipments for regularly stocked items are usually shipped FREE by ground.

    When would you be responsible for back order delivery charges?

    • If you request air delivery to receive the package sooner than you would by ground.
    • If the carton contains a cold/refrigerated item which must arrive within 2 days and air delivery is required.

    Returns/Exchanges: To exchange a product or receive a refund, you must contact Agtech within 3 days after shipment delivery to receive a RMA number. When returning product, please include a copy of your invoice along with the reason for the return. Note: Items returned must be in their original package, unused, and in new condition.

    No Returns: Items that cannot be returned include serums, specialty media, semen extenders, prescription pharmaceuticals, refrigerated/frozen products, and non-stocked special-orders items.

    Damaged Freight

    Your order leaves AGTECH in perfect condition. If your shipment is damaged in-transit, retain the packing box and product exactly as you received them. Call AGTECH immediately! We will see to it that the delivery company comes to inspect the damage, and that the damaged goods are replaced. Damages and shortages must be reported within 48 hours.
